After every election, Bill Maher typically does a segment where he presents a tongue-in-cheek “in memoriam” video as a tribute to all those most outlandish personalities who lost in their elections. Thus, to quote the words of Richard Nixon, we won’t have them to kick around anymore.

Debra Medina: “I think some very good questions have been raised in that regard [to 9/11 truthers]. There’s some very good arguments.”

David Watts: “There has already been UN influence in how we manage and preserve the Alamo.”
Lloyd Wayne Oliver: “Family violence is so, so overrated.”

Former State Rep. Robert Talton: “None of the books of the Bible do away with capital punishment”
Judge William Adams…no explanation needed
…and last, but certainly not least….

Harris County GOP Chairman Jared Woodfill:
“Our founding fathers would be furious to find out that the Constitution was being interpreted to allow sodomites to marry” (quoting Hotze)
There were definitely a few others who I disliked strongly that did not win, but I reserve the title of “dirtbag” for only the worst of the worst. I don’t legitimately think that Jerry Patterson & Todd Staples are bad people, but I do think that the aforementioned are. Make of it what you will.
Farewell, dirtbags…
